Via a phone call and then placing my order on line, The Flower Company was easy and pleasant to work with from beginning to end of transaction. Glad I went with a local company instead of some online service based elsewhere. Rather than having the flowers delivered in a box, my mom was able to receive a beautiful arrangement, hand-delivered. My mom loved them. She sent me a photo and they looked just like they do in the photo online.
