WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE EXACT VASE OR FLOWERS AS THE PICTURES. WE MIGHT NEED TO SUBSTITUTE THE VASE IF WE ARE OUT OF THE ITEM. ALSO THE COLOR OR THE FLOWER ITSELF.
AS FOR DELIVERY CONFIRMATIONS WE WILL HAVE THOSE LATER IN THE DAY. WE HAVE A HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THEM ON CALL.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The bouquet was very nice... very pleased as was the recipient . You can never tell if they are big enough... always thinking that is will be smaller ... but , it looked big in the photo they sent to us on receiving it ... so pleased ...thanks !
